well, whoever the author of this piece of trash is pretty narrow minded and bigoted. I wonder how this person would act if a family member is gay or lesbian and that person wanted to marry. Just another form of homophobia, if ya ask me. Pity.

Actually, I liked the ironic part of it. Indeed, I wouldn’t be able to say anything from a subjective point of view (I don’t have any gay relatives, although I do have a gay friend who got married, knew that I didn’t agree with same-sex marriage, and remained my friend afterwards — there are tougher things that don’t ruin friendships after all).

Subiectul e destul de delicat, nu prea poţi pur şi simplu să-i dai un narrow down şi să ajungi la concluzie mostly pentru că sunt atâtea aspecte ale problemei.

In ce ma priveste, casatoria ca institutie civila poate sa fie si gay, si ne-gay, it’s the same shiFt. Nu sunt de acord cu adoptia in asemenea familii. Problema este ca, din ce am inteles, in SUA se pune problema casatoriei gay inclusiv in privinta religioasa (i.e. sa te duci la biserica si sa te insori cu barbatul), chestie cu care, extremist, fundamentalist cum oi fi, tot nu-s de acord.
Daca totul s-ar rezolva odata cu casatoria, sure, go ahead, dar stim amandoi ca nu e asa, si ca e un precedent pentru nu se stie exact ce.
